Fitness for the New Millenium!! Our kickboxing class is the toughest class you will ever love. Our teachers combine aerobics, dance, yoga, martial arts, tai chi, weight training, tae bo, circuit training, bag workout and self defense all packed into one hour. You can only find it here!
