Sifu (teacher) Bill Fagan is a former psychologist whose interest in eastern approaches to physical and mental health have lead him to founding East West Health Arts Center. Mr. Fagan has a diverse background in Martial Arts, psychology, Eastern Philosophy and nutrition.
